Core Duties in this role.

Develop our content management system (SmartyrDXP), ensuring stability and scalability

Assist in developing websites for clients requiring bespoke functionality:

API integration

Shopify integration

Develop our related Smartyr applications, including Inbox, Dashboards, CRM etc

Research and keep up to date with the latest in full-stack development concepts and trends

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of workflows

Track and manage projects using Agile Methodology

Develop documentation for all processes

General administrative duties, including answering the phone, etc

Any further duties allocated by the Operations Manager

Qualifications & Experience

Previous employment as a Full-Stack Developer

Good communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

Creative thinker

Embraces self-learning and skills development

Can work individually or as part of a group

Experience or knowledge of:

Monorepo tooling (pnpm, Turborepo)

Drizzle ORM with serverless PostgreSQL (Neon)

State management (TanStack React Query)

API integrations (SendGrid, Google My Business, Shopify)

Radix/shadcn component libraries

Automated testing with Playwright

Auth: Better Auth

AI development: Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI Search, Vector Search, RAG pipelines, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Gemini
