As our Director Teacher, you’ll lead 22 eager learners in the year before school, supported by a highly experienced assistant. With extra non-contact time, you’ll have the space to plan and deliver inspiring programs that set children up for lifelong learning.

• Be rewarded for your experience with a competitive salary of $79,799 – $110,049 (pro-rata) plus super.
• Annual Director’s Allowance of $2,995 (pro-rata) and salary-sacrificing options.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood (or equivalent ACECQA approved)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Blue Card & Police Check
• A passion for nurturing children’s growth and leading a positive team culture
