Aquasports Marine is seeking a full-time Qualified Marine Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Perth's largest Marine Dealership's.

Aquasports Marine is a Fully Certified Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha dealership, with some of Australia’s leading boat brands with Quintrex, Bar Crusher and Haines Hunter Boats.

What you'll be doing

Conducting scheduled servicing and maintenance on Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha engines

Performing diagnostic assessments and repairs

Performing new boat fit ups and outboard repowers/fitting

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a Marine Technician or Mechanic, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of marine engines, outboards, and associated boat systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues

Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and technical advice

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Passion for the marine industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
