This is a full-time opportunity to step into a high-impact marketing role where you’ll be trusted to plan and run campaigns end-to-end, help define brand voice, and directly influence pipeline growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan and execute campaigns that generate real MQLs – not vanity metrics

Write LinkedIn posts, emails, landing pages, and website content that connects with B2B buyers

Use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha to build prospecting lists and support sales

Support events and webinars that help position the business in key verticals

Work closely with sales and product to align messaging and GTM execution

Own your work – and bring the confidence to test, learn, and improve as you go

What We’re Looking For:

2 - 4+ years of B2B marketing or lead gen experience (agency or in-house)

Strong writing skills – someone who knows how to craft content that converts

Comfortable with LinkedIn, email sequences, CRM tools, and light marketing automation

Able to manage time and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and hold the room when needed

Bonus: experience in regulated or technical industries (e.g. SaaS, defence, medtech)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super
Start Date: Flexible – we're happy to wait for the right person
