Fox Hill Designs is a Goulburn based joinery shop doing high-end residential and commercial projects. We are on the lookout for a qualified Cabinet Maker who takes pride in their work, can have a laugh, and isn't afraid of getting stuck in.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Build and Install: Split your time between our workshop and installs (a balanced mix of both, and we can consider your strength or preferences)

Work from Plans: You'll work off detailed shop drawings

Quality and Tidiness: Measure twice, cut once. Maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Teamwork: Be part of a small, tight-knit crew that has eachothers backs. We're big on team culture, sharing the load, having a laugh, and taking pride in collective quality workmanship.

Premium Projects: Building and installing high-end, premium joinery that you can be proud of

Who We're After

Trade Qualified: Cert III in Cabinet Making or Shopfitting (or trade equivalent trade qualification). No Training, we need someone who can hit the ground running

Positive, Reliable and Organised: You are punctual, respectful, and keep your work area and projects organised from start to finish. A can-do, problem solving mindset will fit right in. We value people we can count on.

Pride in Work: You care about the work you produce. We're after the kind of person who inspects their own work and smiles because it's really good.

Team Player: Good communicator,. works well with others, and maybe even enjoys a bit of banter.

License: You hold a valid drivers license.

Extras: Already got your Asbestos Awareness and Crystalline Silica certificates? Awesome! Forklift license or any other relevant tickets? Even better.

What We Offer

Great Pay: We're offering $35-$45 per hour (negotiable based on your skills and what you bring to the table).

Tools Provided: Leave your massive tool chest at home, we provide tools and equipment.
