About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team at XYZ Joinery in Banksmeadow, NSW. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality Commerical joinery and furniture for our growing commercial clients. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Being able to fabricate and set up all joinery items in the factory
• Operate a variety of power tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components
• Ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine and finalise cabinet designs
• Will also be required to be on site to install joinery items

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade
• Must be able happy and able to install.
• Must be well organised and must be clean and tidy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker in a production or custom workshop environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, including saws, routers, and sanders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
