Position Summary:

Keyts Facility Services are seeking a reliable and dedicated part-time Cleaning Employee to join our team at Noosa Village Shopping Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the shopping centre, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for shoppers and staff.

The hours of work for this position are:

Saturday

6am to 8am

12pm to 5pm

Sunday

7am to 9am

12pm to 5pm

Award penalties apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.

Clean and sanitise restrooms, food courts, common areas, and other designated spaces.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shopping centre.

Clean the centre to the client specifications as provided.

Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to use the Linksafe Compliance system as per the centre’s requirements.

Must sign in and out using the Connecteam app, with GPS coordinates enabled to confirm attendance.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
