Counterbalance Forklift Operator - Immediate Start

Location: Pinelands, QLD
Pay Rate: $34.33 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Wednesdays until 4:30pm)

HOBAN is proud to partner with a leading name in the lubricating oil industry, currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their team in Pinelands. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity with the potential to become ongoing for the right candidate.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a mix of hands-on and customer-facing tasks:

• Safely operating a counterbalance forklift
• Manually picking and handling stock up to 25kg
• Performing general warehouse duties including packing, loading, and unloading
• Using basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace through general housekeeping

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A valid forklift licence with proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
• Willingness to pitch in and support the team wherever needed
