The Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's mango pack shed in Katherine, NT. This role involves operating forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within a fast-paced packing environment.

What You'll Do

As a forklift operator, you will be required to carry out (but not limited to) the following:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the mango pack shed
• Support warehouse operations and product movement as required
• Ensure goods are stored and handled according to operational requirements
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in safe working condition
• Report any equipment issues, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area

Your Skills and Experience

To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Valid forklift licence with proven forklift operating experience
• Experience in warehouse operations or a pack shed environment
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Competent and confident operating forklifts in tight spaces
• Reliability and flexibility to work up to 6 days a week during peak season
