Freeform Contracting have been operating in Darwin for 18 years. We specialise in Civil Construction and Commercial Landscaping projects within the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors locally and remote. Our recently completed projects include Liberty Square revitalisation - Landscape, Bundilla Beach - Civil and Landscape, Essington Preschool - Civil and Landscape, ALC head office Groote Eylandt - Landscape. Our team often work across both civil and landscape disciplines.

We are seeking NT local workers to join our team for immediate start. You must be able to take direction, work autonomously and be reliable and trustworthy. All candidates must have Driver’s licence, and own transport, White card and must be eligible to get an Ochre card and pass a police clearance.

Starting rate of $40-50/hour negotiable for experienced Operators and Landscapers.

$38/hour for labourers.

Higher rates paid for remote projects + food/ food allowance and accommodation. Town work trial required before remote work.

Up to 45 hours per week plus penalties.

Casual rates for 12-week trial period, Full time work available for the right candidates.

Operator essentials

- HR Driver licence.

- Tickets or VOC – Excavator, Skid steer, Loader, Roller etc.

- Willingness to perform other duties.

Desirables

- MC Licence.

- Certificate III/ IV in Civil construction.

Landscaper essentials

- Experience with laying turf, large scale planting, irrigation.

- Experience grounds maintenance, ride on mowers, herbicides, insecticides.

Desirables

- Cert 3 Horticulture

- Hardscaping experience – paving, retaining walls, concrete edging

- MR Licence

- Experience with small plant (Excavator, skid steer)
