We are seeking an experienced and commercially savvy leader to drive enrolment growth, expand strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales, marketing, and admissions teams for a leading CRICOS-registered education provider in Sydney.
Reporting directly to the owners, you’ll be a key voice in the leadership team - shaping strategy, making decisions that matter, and seeing the results of your work have a direct impact on growth and reputation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a talented sales, marketing, and admissions team to exceed performance goals
- Take ownership of annual and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets, developing initiatives to meet or exceed agreed growth goals
- Manage and build relationships in the agent network, ensuring strong engagement, training, and performance outcomes from key recruitment partners
- Work with the admissions team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance conversion rates, student satisfaction, and compliance
- Build and grow relationships with universities, schools, pathway providers, and education agents
- Oversee brand positioning, market expansion, and conversion strategies
- Represent the organisation at events, both locally and internationally
- Use data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
We’re looking for someone with:
- Senior leadership experience in international education (ELICOS or pathway programs ideal)
- Proven ability to inspire and lead diverse teams across cultures, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a solutions-focused approach
- A track record of delivering growth through strategic sales and partnerships
- Strong knowledge of the Australian and global education market
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience managing agent networks and institutional agreements
- A collaborative leadership style that inspires teams to perform at their best
