🛠️ The Role

We’re after a confident, skilled carpenter ready to take ownership of their work. You’ll be our second full-time hire, so independence is key – you’ll need to back your skills, solve problems on the go, and work well with trades and clients alike.

✅ This Job is for You if You:

Have 1+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience in residential construction

Can confidently read and interpret plans

Enjoy problem solving and thinking through the best solution

Love a laugh and good team banter

Want exposure to every stage of a build – from foundations to fit-off

Are keen to grow into a team leader/mentor role

Are punctual, organised, and professional every day

Are detail-oriented and always thinking two steps ahead

Can communicate well with clients and represent the business with pride
