We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for people and customer service to join our team. The position available is full time/Part time (approximately 30-38hours per week, Monday-Saturday). Candidate Required for Immediate START.

The Role:

You will assist with the day to day operations of the dispensary and front of shop and assist the pharmacy in the supply of medications to our patients.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Serving customers with over the counter enquiries

Taking scripts in and handing them out.

Serving customers at the till

Assist with script dispensing if needed

Sort scripts and prepare the PBS claims

Putting away daily orders

Stock replenishment and shelves stocking

Assisting with catalogue setup and merchandising

Regular date checking of medications

Skills and experience

Essential Criteria

MUST have previous pharmacy experience in retail setting

Demonstrated product knowledge in front of shop

Strong customer focus & customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and proven time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Maintain a professional and confidential approach at all times
