This program will modernise infrastructure, applications, and customer-facing platforms across thousands of locations worldwide — starting here in Australia.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a complex, multi-stream migration program. This includes:

• Outcome-Driven Execution – Own the migration roadmap, manage capacity, and ensure milestones are achieved through proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Team / Project Coordination – Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore), driving clarity, resolving blockers, and ensuring seamless execution.
• Quality & Delivery Discipline – Apply best practice methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder Management – Engage and influence senior leaders, sponsors, and technical stakeholders across global and local teams.

Program Focus Areas

• Migrating large-scale systems and applications from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud.
• Optimising data architecture and platforms for scalability and resilience.
• Enhancing customer-facing platforms, loyalty systems, and self-service technology.
• Coordinating with dedicated cloud engineering teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ project/program management experience delivering enterprise-scale technology migrations.
• Proven success in cloud transformation, particularly Google Cloud or similar platforms.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, able to bridge technical detail and business outcomes.
