We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer or draftsperson to join our talented and friendly design team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to develop architectural designs for a pipe line of church projects. Key responsibilities include:

Creating detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction plans using Revit

Collaborating with project teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements and project specifications

Ensuring that designs are compliant with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Contributing to the development of project timelines, budgets, and schedules

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and sustainable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field, or

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial construction projects

Revit experience essential

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skill
