We’re looking for a Senior Draftsperson who’s not just technically skilled, but thrives on transforming bold design concepts into flawless, buildable reality.
What You’ll Do

• Interpret architectural plans and translate them into accurate, detailed shop drawings using Cabinet Vision.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to bring custom joinery projects to life.
• Review and refine drawings to ensure the highest level of accuracy and functionality.
• Solve design challenges with creativity and practicality.
• Own the drafting process from concept to final approval, ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in joinery drafting with Cabinet Vision.
• An exceptional eye for detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials.
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings with ease.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
