Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Australia, and they are looking for Change Manager to support key Workforce Transformation initiatives.

Lead and deliver high-impact workforce transformation initiatives that shape the future of how we work. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle – from scoping and planning to execution and delivery – with a focus on improving skill mix, workforce planning, and operational flexibility.

Contract: 12 months fixed term
Salary: Base + super + salary sacrificing options

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for change, designing and implementing strategies that ensure initiatives are understood, embraced, and embedded across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify needs, gain buy-in, and align initiatives with business priorities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, timelines, and progress reporting
• Develop and implement practical change management strategies that support adoption and long-term success
• Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and communications to keep projects on track
• Apply project management tools and methodologies effectively, adapting to the needs of the environment
• Champion continuous improvement in both project and change delivery practices
