Campbelltown Golf Club is seeking a skilled Full Time Chef to join our enthusiastic kitchen team. We’re a vibrant club offering pub-style indoor and outdoor dining, modern event spaces, and a newly refurbished clubhouse.

With the launch of our new restaurant and state-of-the-art golf simulators, we’re looking for a chef who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment and can help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests.

You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and small team to:

Prepare and cook meals to a consistently high standard

Work across all sections of the kitchen, including grill, pans, prep, and functions

Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

Assist in menu execution and contribute to daily specials

Manage your section efficiently during service and ensure smooth kitchen operations

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in a commercial kitchen

Strong cooking skills with attention to detail and presentation

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts

A professional, punctual, and reliable work ethic

Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
