Lending / Broker Administrator – Mid-Tier Financial Services Firm | Melbourne CBD

That sets the tone for our amazing client, a well-established mid-tier firm based in Melbourne’s outer CBD, where they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lending Administrator to join their team. In this role, other than being part of witty and fabulous team, you will provide vital support, ensuring client applications are processed smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Brokers in managing client lending applications from submission through to settlement.
Work across multiple systems, including Salesforce and MyCRM, to track progress and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders to gather and verify required documentation.
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timelines are met.
Prepare, review, and lodge application forms and supporting documents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending processes and lender requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the lending team as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in lending administration, loan processing, or a similar financial services role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and/or MyCRM.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
