Your Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction sector delivering new builds including the associated civil works for a minimum of 2 years.

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes and WHS regulations.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors effectively.

Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and the project team.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite including MS Project.

Ability to manage up to 3 projects simultaneously.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, from site establishment through to practical completion.

Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Oversee project budgets, variations, and progress claims.

Develop and monitor construction programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

Ensure compliance with all WHS regulations, company policies and site safety standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections to maintain high standards of delivery.

Mentoring Site Supervisors and staff.
