The Client:

Our client is a prestigious, research-intensive institution renowned for driving innovation, excellence in education and meaningful community impact.

The Role:

The Client Liaison Officer is the first point of contact for internal and external clients, and works to resolve customer service issues on behalf of the Division.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to staff, students, contractors and visitors
• Support the Buildings & Property team with a variety of administrative and business tasks
• Handle accurate data entry, verification and project communications
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, service providers and stakeholders
• Ad hoc duties where required

Experience within a similiar environment using a ticketing system, desirable but not essential.

A valid Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one is required for this role.
