Graduate Psychologist – Masters Entry
- Based in Brisbane - based in clinics and work from home
- Part-time or full-time position, minimum of 4 days per week
- Salary range of $85-95k + Super + up to $2,500 PD Allowance + Paid Clinical Supervision + Paid Travel
We are seeking an engaging and passionate Graduate Psychologist who will be finished their Masters at the end of 2025 to deliver evidence-based early intervention services across our onsite, clinic locations and work from home services. This is a unique opportunity to apply your psychological training in a real-world setting, supporting employees to to thrive at work through organisation-wide interventions aiming to increase psychological safety and supporting a happy and healthy workforce.
Working at Axis in our Master Graduate program allows you to use your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, without being in 1 on 1 consults all day so you can develop as a practitioner in a sustainable way for years to come! Supported by our Psychology Leads and Board Approved Supervisors, along with our Psychology team with a wide range of specialties and endorsement areas, you will be joining a caring and dedicated team that will support you as your start your journey as a Psychologist.
In this role you will:
- Support employees through 1 on 1 early intervention psychological interventions aiming to increase self-efficacy and coping skills for a more resilient workforce
- Create and deliver proactive group interventions from an organisation-wide lens - such as workshops, toolbox talks, employee surveys etc
- Closely consult and collaborate with key stakeholders (health and safety professionals, managers, organisations, insurers etc) through regular and timely communication to support workers’ recovery
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcome-focused, professional, and quality care for Axis clients
- Participate in professional development and clinical supervision to support your growth as an early career practitioner
- Enhance Axis’ reputation as a market leader of workplace health and wellbeing

You will bring the following:
- Completing your Masters of Psychology (Counselling, Organisational, Health, Sports and Exercise or Clinical) by the end of 2025
- Full General AHPRA registration by the end of 2025
- Placement experience in 1:1 counselling settings
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse populations, including communication with multiple stakeholders
- Full Australian working rights
- An Australian driver’s license and access to your own private vehicle
