The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

Generating and following up on new and existing sales leads.

Preparing and following up on quotes.

Handling customer inquiries via phone, web, email, and walk-ins.

Assisting with in-store sales and building relationships with both new and returning clients.

Fostering positive relationships with our valued customers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, through written communication, and during walk-ins.

Strong reading and comprehension abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and social media platforms.

Experience with Canva, CorelDRAW, POS systems, and EFTPOS will be advantageous.

A proactive approach with a commitment to quality improvement.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

A team player who is happy to assist other departments when needed.

Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
