About the role

This full-time Sales Assistant role at PISCONERI WHOLESALERS' in Mount Hawthorn, WA offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail and consumer products company. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service and assistance to both retail and wholesale customers

Processing sales transactions and operating point-of-sale equipment accurately and efficiently

Replenishing and maintaining stock levels across the shop floor

Assisting with merchandising, product displays and general store presentation

Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Supporting the team with other administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

Retail experience is a bonus but not necessary for the role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Good numerical skills and experience using point-of-sale systems

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation

The role is 9-5pm with an occasional Saturday morning shift.
