We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our Osborne Park team, with flexibility to assist at other store locations when required.

(With Flexibility to Support Other Store Locations as Required)

Position Details:

4 days per week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate

Your roles would include:

Helping customers choose the right equipment

Assisting with all enquiries (online and on the phone)

Customer service

Administrative duties

Utilising inventory management software

Attributes we are looking for include:

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Fitness Equipment, Eg: Has been to the gym before.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously & Adaptive to learning new skills.

Previous experience in customer service and sales (retail) is desirable but not essential. By sales, we mean instore over the phone any role you have done before where it involved selling goods and services to customers.

Current Drivers Licence.

Current Forklift Licence (Desirable but not essential)

Standard Shift Times:

Weekdays: 9:30am – 5:00pm

Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Sundays: 11:00am – 3:00pm
