About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage key financial functions including payroll processing, accounts payable, reconciliation, and general bill entry. This is an in-office role based for 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle weekly payroll processing

Accurate data entry of bills and expenses

Bank and account reconciliations

Supplier payment preparation

Maintaining up-to-date financial records

Liaising with suppliers and internal team members

Supporting month-end financial processes

About You:

Proven experience in a bookkeeping or payroll role (3+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of Xero

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
