Labourer Handyman – Construction

Our Client:

Our client is a busy and growing construction company with headquarters in regional NSW, specialising in internal refurbishment works across schools and government buildings in NSW and Victoria.

They are looking for a hands-on, can-do Labourer/Handyman to support their Sydney operations. Based in Blacktown, you’ll be on the move across Sydney and occasionally to Wollongong, Newcastle, or regional NSW and interstate.

Your Next Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of keeping projects running smoothly — assisting with day-to-day logistics, site deliveries, and general on-site support. This is a high-trust, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys variety, travel, and practical, hands-on work.

Your Day Will Look Like:

Daily Deliveries: Collect materials from the Liverpool warehouse and deliver to sites – bricks, timber, tiles, tools.

Onsite Support: Travel to job sites across Sydney to assist trades and provide site access.

Site Labouring: Help with demolition, measurements, carpentry support, clean-up, and general handy work.

General Help: Keep the warehouse tidy, clean vehicles, and assist wherever needed.

Occasional Regional/Interstate Trips: Be available for the odd overnight trip to support regional projects.

You’ll Need To Have:

Licence: Current Driver’s Licence required (manual and trailer towing a bonus).

Construction Know-How: Previous site or trade experience preferred.

Clear to Work: Police Check and WWCC (or eligible to apply), NSW White Card (or willing to obtain).

Hands-On Skills: Practical, handy, and able to problem-solve on the go.

Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and committed to quality work.
