I'm working on behalf of a market-leading Australian distributor to find an exceptional External Sales Representative for their Brisbane operation. About the Role
- Sell a comprehensive range of products into your designated territory
- Expand the share of wallet with existing customers
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert new accounts
- Deliver technical support and strategic value through regular engagement
- Work closely with internal teams and supplier partners to deliver results

Target Market Segments
- Industrial: Manufacturing, steel fabrication, mining, energy, transport, agriculture, engineering, government, and utilities
- Construction: Civil, infrastructure, commercial, mechanical and electrical contractors, interior fit out

Key Success Measures
- Sales revenue and gross profit performance (quarterly and annually)
- Retention and growth of active customer accounts
- Growth in product range sold to existing accounts
- Onboarding of new active and spending customers
- Pipeline discipline and conversion
