About the Role

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Brisbane team.

You will be responsible for converting inbound company leads, developing new customer relationships, and growing existing accounts across Queensland.

This role offers an exciting pathway for a sales professional to build a long-term career, backed by strong training and mentorship from director level.

Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified company-generated leads into sales

Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industries

Maintain and grow existing client relationships

Sell across our product range: Diesel and Hybrid Generators, Lighting Towers, Compressors

Use CRM tools to track sales activity, pipeline, and project visibility

Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver solutions

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience in Power Equipment—preferably Generators, Lighting Towers, or Compressors

Exposure to or networks in rental, mining, or construction markets highly regarded

A solution-based selling mindset—not just focused on price

Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated

Strong customer service and communication skills

A genuine desire to grow your career with a long-term employer
