About the role
As the Administrative Officer for South Australia Medical Imaging (SAMI) Berri, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse range of customers, delivering responsive and high-quality customer service. Accountable to the Medical Imaging Services Manager, and responsible to the Office Manager, you will ensure all enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently, upholding the reputation of SAMI as a professional and approachable service provider.
In this varied role, you will also support the broader administration and management of SAMI, assisting in the smooth delivery of medical imaging services. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be critical in handling enquiries, maintaining records, and providing essential support to the team, contributing to the effective operation of the service in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You are a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic administrative environment. Your strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service ensure effective support for both clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to apply effective communication and interpersonal skills, using initiative and sound judgement in a variety of situations.
Skilled in prioritising and coordinating workloads, meeting deadlines, and performing a range of administrative and clerical functions with flexibility.
Experienced in providing high-quality customer contact and general administrative support, including data management and the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledgeable in relevant workplace policies, including Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare, EEO, and confidentiality, with a clear understanding of effective administration processes.
