About the Role
As a Private Assessor, you’ll lead the charge in residential insurance claims — inspecting, assessing, and advocating for homeowners after events like storms, floods, or fires. You’ll work independently, but never alone — backed by a driven, supportive team that’s always levelling up together.

Maximise claim outcomes for clients while confidently navigating ever-changing insurer processes with resilience and care.
What You'll Be Doing
Representing homeowners through the insurance claims process
Conducting/reviewing desktop damage assessments
Building clear, factual, claimable cases
Communicating with insurers, builders, and other stakeholders
Sharing knowledge and supporting team members
Continuously growing your knowledge, numbers, and results
