The Role

• 38hrs/week incl. 3 Saturdays a month (1 weekend off)
• Clinical services, patient counselling & DAA/nursing home support
• Minfos | Scripts: 230/ 180 | DAAs: 100/wk
• Support team: 2 techs + 2 FOS staff

Skils:

AHPRA-registered (all levels considered)
Strong communicator with a passion for community care
Ideally you have broad knowledge across scope of practice services
