Department: Accounts Receivable

About The Role:

Answering a high volume of calls and assisting patients with their medical account enquiries

Timely and accurate processing of payments

Liaising with Medicare / DVA and Private Health Funds

Generating accounts and associated reports

Investigation and follow up of outstanding aged accounts

Reception coverage

Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in health care administration/insurance will be highly regarded

Previous experience in accounts receivable

Demonstrated general administrative skills and experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as autonomously

An understanding of quality control techniques and a commitment to service excellence

A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy

Must be able to live and work permanently in Australia at the time of application
