About the Position

In the role, you will report to a friendly, ex-top tier lawyer who has doubled his practice over the past 12 months. He is also a great mentor and takes the time to invest in his people. In the role, you will act on a variety of Private M&A and ECM work. You will act for ASX listed companies, and large national and offshore clients. The clients are in a variety of industries, which leads to interesting work and no two transactions being the same.

Duties

In the role you will:

Work on Private and some public M&A deals

Work on Equity Capital markets transactions.

Provide corporate governance advice.

Provide advice on directors’ duties.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Corporate lawyer with:

1-6 years of post-admission experience.

Experience in either Private M&A and/or ECM. You do not need experience in both areas.

Willingness to learn.

Positive and friendly attitude.
