Yes, you’ll run your own show in our display home – but don’t get comfy binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy and scoffing popcorn in the theatre room. You’ll be too busy turning walk-ins into happy homeowners.

Here’s the deal – this is a base + commission role, and the harder you work, the fatter your paycheque gets (think $130k+ a year if you work smart, use our tools, follow the plan, and network like a boss).

Your to-do list will include:

Selling new homes (obviously)

Finding out exactly what your buyers want – then nailing it

Switching up your sales style to match different personalities

Staying organised enough to make NASA jealous

Closing sales and prepping custom spec docs

Keeping our listings fresh online & exploring new ways to attract buyers

Sourcing land for house & land packages

Hitting your targets and smashing your reports

Showing up at networking events (bonus points for charisma)

Getting creative with advertising and promotions
