In Control Switchboards is looking for an experienced switchboard electrician to join our workshop team in Northgate. We’re a close-knit group that takes pride in producing high-quality, custom-built switchboards for commercial and mechanical services projects. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are valued just as highly as meeting deadlines.

Your role will include:

Assembling and wiring custom switchboards to AS61439 standards from approved drawings

Installing components, completing neat terminations, and ensuring correct layouts

Performing factory acceptance testing and completing QA documentation

Identifying and resolving build issues efficiently

Collaborating with the production team to deliver on time without compromising quality

What we’re looking for:

QLD Electrical Licence & White Card

Solid experience in switchboard manufacturing and assembly

Strong skills in wiring, terminations, and interpreting schematics

Commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices

A team-oriented approach with good communication skills

What you’ll get:
