About the Roles

Leading Hand

You’ll take ownership of job sites, manage workflow, mentor junior staff, and ensure work is completed to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, perfect for a skilled tradesman ready to step up.

Tradesman

You’ll carry out maintenance plumbing work including installations, repairs, and fault-finding while providing excellent customer service. This is a great role for someone who wants stability, variety, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

(Both Roles)

Perform maintenance plumbing tasks including hot water systems, blocked drains, leak repairs, tap & toilet servicing, and fixture installations.

Diagnose plumbing issues and deliver effective solutions.

Ensure all work is completed to Australian Standards.

Maintain a tidy and professional work environment.

Communicate clearly with customers and the office team.

Represent Plumbwell Plumbing Services in a positive and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For

Current NSW plumbing licence (or equivalent qualification).

Experience in maintenance plumbing.

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Current driver’s licence.
