What’s the role all about?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving a multi-million dollar store through clear leadership, strong operations, and a hands-on approach to team development. The store operates at a high volume, so we’re looking for someone who can balance priorities quickly, coach on the floor, and keep a sharp eye on detail.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large, multi-level retail team
• Drive $5M+ in annual sales through exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback, praise and performance direction
• Manage daily operations, compliance, stock and shrinkage with precision
• Provide clear delegation and follow-up to ensure smooth and safe store operations
• Foster a high-energy team culture with accountability and fun at the core
• Champion compliance and stock care to reduce shrinkage

You’ll bring…

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
• Confidence managing large teams with multiple leadership layers
• A level-headed, mature approach to leadership and problem solving
• Strong operational ability – particularly in stock, compliance and team scheduling
• Ability to coach on the floor while managing performance conversations constructively
• A passion for customer service and a focus on team results

Important details

• Roster: Ideally every second weekend and one Friday night per fortnight
• Salary: Up to $35 - $39/hour (approx. $75k - $79k base salary) + Super + Incentives
• Bonuses: Monthly & seasonal bonus potential for hitting store and productivity targets
