We’re a fast-growing, dynamic jewellery brand based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce & Dispatch Assistant to join our small but passionate team. This is an in-office role, so you’ll need to be local or able to commute.

This casual role is ideal for someone who loves a mix of hands-on work and digital tasks, and is excited to grow with a creative brand. We're looking for someone who wants to evolve with us, with the opportunity to step into a more permanent role as the brand expands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pick and pack daily orders

Deliver parcels to local carrier drop-off points when needed

Assist our jeweller with quality checking products

Assist with customer enquiries via email and live chat

Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy

Inventory management across all platforms

Support Shopify management

Assist with executing our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Content creation
- Contributing new ideas
- Staying across trends
- On-camera presence for content
