Hudson is seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Officer to join a busy government department in Bendigo. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a team committed to service excellence and supporting critical operations across the region.

The Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth running of the office and assist in achieving operational priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering professional front-of-house and phone-based customer service.
  
  
• Coordinating site management services, including fleet administration and contractor management.
  
  
• Organising and maintaining office consumables.
  
  
• Maintaining accurate databases and preparing routine reports.
  
  
• Supporting the delivery of departmental projects and initiatives.
  
  
• Assisting with mail services, tenant liaison, and general administration tasks.
  
  

About You
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with:

• Previous office administration or business support experience (government experience advantageous).
  
  
• Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital systems.
  
  
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• A collaborative approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
