About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver audio-visual, ICT, and unified communications projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage system integration across diverse environments including boardrooms, lecture theatres, control rooms, huddle spaces, and other spaces.

You will take ownership of planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and quality control: ensuring each installation meets technical specifications and user experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver AV & ICT integration projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with AV engineers, installation teams, and IT specialists.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to capture and deliver project requirements.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and sign-off processes.
• Apply project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

About You

• Proven experience in audio-visual project management, preferably in systems integration or ICT environments.
• Strong knowledge of AV-over-IP, video conferencing, collaboration technology, interactive displays, and professional audio systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and OH&S compliance is an advantage.
• Sydney-based, with flexibility to travel across client sites nationally.
