About the Role
Based in Atherton, this role is perfect for a motivated leader who is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL). You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring the effective delivery of person-centred support that promotes independence and quality of life.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL services, ensuring high-quality, client-focused support
Mentoring and supervising a small team, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
Strengthening relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service.
Supporting the strategic development of SIL services, including service growth and business development.
Customer-facing for approximately 80% of the time, working directly with participants and leading your team, with the remaining time dedicated to administrative responsibilities
About You
This opportunity is ideal for a passionate leader with experience in the disability sector, particularly in Supported Independent Living or similar programs. You will bring:
Previous leadership experience in disability support, SIL, or related services.
Strong knowledge of person-centered care and best practices in supported living.
A background in team development, supervision, and staff mentoring.
A proactive approach to service delivery and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
