Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Machine Operators to join the team at their Mansfield site in Brisbane. This role offers consistent shifts, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment in the beverage manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery (including fillers and packaging equipment)
• Monitor and maintain product quality and compliance with food safety standards
• Ensure efficient production flow and meet daily output targets
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain production records
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous production experience in food or beverage manufacturing is essential
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg (not a regular requirement)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude
