The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to play a key role in the sheet metal fabrication process. You’ll be operating a variety of machinery, working from engineering drawings, and ensuring each product meets the highest standard of accuracy and finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and setting up machines such as laser cutters, press brakes, roll form & purlin machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
• Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
• Working closely with the team to hit production deadlines and targets
• Conducting quality inspections on finished products
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a Machine Operator in sheet metal or a similar fabrication environment
• Ability to operate a variety of sheet metal machinery and tools
• Confidence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work
• A reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented approach
• Forklift licence (required)
• Must be able to pass drug & alcohol test
