We are looking for an Junior Contract manager in the building industry.
You will need to be Computer literate. Friendly with Great Communication skills ,Whilst Building Industry knowledge would be helpful, Training will be provided in house and externally to the right candidate.
The right Canditate will be good with details and organised.
The succsessful candidate will be liasing between the Contractors, Suppliers , Clients and office Staff. this is an opportunity to get your foot in the door to project management.
Role will include
* Obtaining Building Approvals, Contract Management, Purchasing,Reporting and record keeping/ Cost analysis.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
