ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager, known internally as a Relationship Manager, to join our Business Development team full-time (preferably located at either our Melbourne State Office or Sydney State Office, but we will consider applicants based in Perth or Brisbane). As the primary point of contact for your designated accounts, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Your success will hinge on your ability to comprehend client requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and adeptly communicate with clients. This role may involve frequent travel to our clinics and client sites.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this role, you should possess strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate the following:
Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across assigned accounts.
Problem Solving: Effective and innovative problem-solving skills focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in maintaining accurate records within a CRM system.
Driver's License: Current valid driver's license required for travel to client sites.
Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous and highly regarded.
