The Company

We have partnered with a Global Organisation who are seeking a Collections Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a newly created position within the team due to growth across the organisation!

The Role

  • Ageing Account reporting and analysis
  • Daily Collection calls on accounts in arrears
  • Negotiation payment plans / payment options with customers
  • Escalation of high-risk accounts
  • Providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies
  • Adhoc tasks as required

To be considered for the position

  • Exposure within a Collections Officer position. Highly desirable would be from an early-stage collection environment
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Intermediate level of excel skills - must be able to do pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experienced working in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a high performing team environment
