Qualifications & Experience
To be part of our team, you’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved overseas equivalent)

Valid Working with Children Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Previous experience in the Early Years Sector (highly regarded)

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Your Role Will Include

Actively supervising and engaging with children in planned and spontaneous activities

Supporting permanent staff, children, and families with daily routines

Building nurturing relationships to ensure children feel safe, secure, and supported

Attending to children’s care needs, including feeding, nappy changes, and toilet training

Contributing to programs through observations, checklists, and reflections

Assisting with general tasks and maintaining a clean, safe environment

Adapting quickly to different classrooms, age groups, and routines
