At LIFEKids Kindy Play, we’re more than just a childcare centre — we’re a Christ-centred early learning ministry run by the local church. Every day, we create a space where children feel loved, safe, and seen, while gently being guided in their learning, faith, and friendships.

We are seeking casual Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to join our small, close-knit team — people who are passionate about nurturing young hearts and minds through intentional play, connection, wonder and care.

We’re looking for educators who:
- Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Are active in their Christian faith and feel confident incorporating faith-based content and values into everyday learning and care.

- Approach their work with gentleness, integrity, and joy

- Are confident and capable in building secure, loving relationships with children and families

- Are flexible and willing to support across age groups and routines
