HORIZONTAL GRINDER OPERATOR – PETERSON | FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Horizontal Grinder Operator to join our team, operating a Peterson grinder in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with consistent hours and a supportive crew.

Duties include:

Safe and efficient operation of a Peterson horizontal grinder

Monitoring material feed and machine performance

Routine maintenance and basic mechanical checks

Assisting with loading, site setup, and general yard duties

Following all safety procedures and site requirements

What you need:

Experience operating horizontal grinders (Peterson preferred)

Strong ability to operate 20t excavator and above with grabs in green waste applications loading a horizontal grinder.

Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Current driver’s licence (Hc or higher an advantage)

Good work ethic and ability to work in a team

White Card and relevant tickets

Hours: Monday to Friday, some weekends available
